With over 20 years of relevant business experience, ten of those in top level management positions at hidden champions in R&D, Operations and Administration, Stephan Dörfler speaks the same language as our customers. He is convinced, that industrial mid-sized companies need to reinvent their business models to succeed in international competition. Stephan Dörfler therefore founded Auguris based on the insight that established enterprises can implement radical innovations faster and more successful, when supported by external expertise. Stephan gets inspired by his engagement with the Start-Ups he is involved with and that benefit from his rich experience.

Dr. Florian Haas brings more than 10 years of experience from international large-scale research, including over 10 years at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and several years as a research group leader at the German research reactor FRM II in Garching. He has also spent 10 years in leadership positions in the IT industry, including heading software and project departments with teams of up to 25 people. His expertise lies in holistic process analysis and optimization related to comprehensive change management in the IT sector across various hierarchical levels from team to C-level.
Dr. Florian Haas supports the management of Auguris GmbH as an advisory board member.
As a Junior Consultant, Johanna Doerfler brings her expertise to our team with a special focus on medical technology. Through her medical studies and experience in emergency services, she provides valuable specialized knowledge for our projects. During her school years, Johanna Doerfler gained experience with AI and programming, successfully representing Germany in international robotics competitions such as the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) and the FIRST LEGO League (FLL).
Beyond technical tasks, she supports concept development, marketing activities, and administrative duties – always with an eye for precise and structured solutions.
